Would have given an overall 5-star rating, but the absence of hot water in our room (120) killed that, so had to do the 3-star rating. I hate to have to shave and shampoo using cold water.😡

Hotel is dated, so the room is only moderately comfortable. I had trouble getting the key card to work, so I panicked a bit when I couldn't get back in and all my stuff was in there. Thankfully, staff was very responsive and got it open by turning the handle upward instead of downward.

When a hotel makes you sick you have to write a review.
The room reeked of mildew from the air conditioner and the bathroom has pealing paint & plaster and large spots of active mold. In addition, the were multiple spots of molding damage and rust stains, including one spot where a metal door molding was rusted through, sharp and ready to give you tetanus. Please refer to the proof pictures I took.

Never booking again!
The room smelled humid then we realized it was because there was mold on the restroom ceiling. I rented 2 rooms and both were the same. The towels and the bedding were stained.

Arrived late. The bed looked very worn and lumpy. Found a crawling bed bug in the sheets in the morning.
Was moved to another room that was a little better as far as cleanliness but hard to sleep knowing what was found

The hotel had a musky odor and lots of stains in the carpet throughout the hotel. Shower curtain wasn’t big enough for the tub which caused excessive water on the floor. Lighting in bathroom was awful!! Needs more lighting to accommodate when in use. The tv was NOT user friendly and needs updating as well. A/C was great.

The AC in the hall was broken, the person at the front desk was not very friendly and overall not clean.
