One of the reasons I booked the hotel was for the hot tub and the pool and hot tub were closed no sign or anything saying that it was closed or when it would be back open. You should not advertise an amenity that you do not currently offer that’s called false advertisement. And also the breakfast is super basic for the price of the room no meat no bread options other than white toast

The morning breakfast was bad the waffle machine was burning the waffles and only one waffle maker for the hotel. The coffee was cold. Staff were not friendly. In the morning. I’m a morning person. Last time I stay at la Quetta Hotel .

There were rodents in my room, the chair was eaten through and it was dirty with wires sticking out all over.

Food was not good, not sure if that was eggs or some kind of white colored rice.
Hash browns were not fresh. Just not at all a good selection of food.
Bed was fine. Hotel is old but not bad for a nights stay.
2 vehicles were broken into by shattered glass in the back parking lot.

The lights in the room worked the first time I turned them on as soon as I turned them off then turned them on again they didn’t work. Had a lot of trouble with our door lock not accepting the room key.(did not touch key to my phone). The elevator took forever to open the door needs worked on.

Smells like stinky feet when you enter The location. The elevator is missing peices, and no ac, the light doesn't work to let you know what floor your on, and the inspectionsticker in conveniently not located in the elevator. Hallway smells worse than entrance. Have to use extra card key to keep the room Power on.Wires exposed on the wall. Floors not vacuumed nor have the vents or ceiling lights been cleaned. Lighting is horrid, just 1 yellow light bulb in the lamp. Bathtub was not clean, looks like maintenance is working on something. Bedding had dark stains on it and ant bodies on it. The walls have suff marks all through out. The door latch has been broken in half.
