The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Normally i do not sleep well in hotel beds but this was a pleasant change.

Disappointed
We have stayed here many times in the past and it had always been a great experience. Over the years this place has been allowed to fall into disrepair. There are many examples but the most glaring, one of the chairs in our room was torn and someone had repaired it with duct tape and worse, the duct tape was poorly applied and had pulled loose and was hanging from the chair. In the pool area the hot tub had obviously been patched, and one of the panels on the wall was heavily rusted. Just a few examples.
Other than that the service was fantastic everybody was friendly the breakfast was set up early and well maintained.

Room was in shabby condition, chair peeling and falling apart, rusty metal in bathroom and the previous occupants clearly chain smoked innit. Nothing was done when the smoking was brought up. We weren’t able to be moved and had to endure without as much as an apology.

Dated pool and hot tub. Rust in bathroom. Deciently clean and close to everything you could need. Some of the staff was great. Some were difficult to deal with.

As a woman traveling alone I felt comfortable staying here. Staff was amazing clean neat

The room had the distinct smell of carpet having gotten very wet and not replaced. Took a while to get used to it and just bear it.
Otherwise, room was in good location and was of a nice size. The recliner was very comfortable.

Fire alarm went off a couple times, heard some kid was pulling the alarm, could hear children running up and down the halls late in evening, adults hanging in hall just talking.
