They wouldn’t put me on the bottom floor even though I’m handicapped. They said that’s for the the road people & older people that can’t climb stairs. Problem is I’m disabled & have trouble doing stairs too but she wouldn’t put me I. A different room anyway.
Also, my sink was clogged. They wouldn’t give us anymore washcloths.

Bed and AC were fine. Wouldn’t print an invoice since booked through *******. Took a $100 deposit but wouldn’t provide receipt of that either. Cold staff

The breakfast was awesome. The room was neat and clean but the things within the room such as bed sheet, pillow , towel were old one ( though its clean ) and needs to be replaced with new one. Bathroom wall was nasty and better repainted.

First room we had was horrible, it smelled so bad, damp and musty, the spout in the bathtub was falling off and couldn’t turn on the water. With that being said, there’s no way house keeping cleaned that bathtub/shower recently. We informed staff and were moved to different room which was better. I don’t know her name but the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful otherwise this review would have been one star across the board. Except for the area around the property, lots of food choices

Very disappointed
I have paid for the room. Then they told me I had to pay an extra hundred dollars. But I got it back when I checked out. You need to explain that to your customers the room smelt like mold I had to buy candles and spray make the room smell better. And it was roaches.

Lobby closes after 9pm, so you have to check in through a little window, leaving people standing inline outside. The rooms were decent enough. The breakfast was lacking.

Our room was assigned to another guest after we had checked in. Our sleep was disrupted several times by the other guest trying to get in (thank goodness for deadbolt) and by the hotel employee trying to sort out the matter. It was unsettling to say the least. I asked the employee to call me to let me know the matter had been resolved so we could rest easier but no call was received. At checkout the next morning, I was not asked about my stay but I volunteered that we had experienced an awful night. The employee, Uma, apologized but said there was nothing more she could do beyond saying “I am sorry”. No one tried to make amends.
