The hotel had a few positives — check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and I appreciated that management refunded me when I checked out a day early. The location is also convenient, with easy access to I-64 and several restaurants nearby.
However, the downsides outweighed the positives. The breakfast options were very limited, and my room did not feel clean upon arrival. The biggest concern was finding a cockroach in the shower, which was unsettling. I ultimately only stayed here because other nearby hotels did not have availability.

This hotel used to be a clean and budget friendly option but has gone very downhill. It is super dirty and has a smell once you walk in the front door. There was a dead roach on the floor in the room.
