The rooms are clean but dated. I nearly pulled the bathtub faucet off when I took a shower. It wasn’t anchored to the wall at all. Water sprayed from the spout even after pulling the knob up for the shower. We were also charged an additional $150 for “incidentals”. Not sure what in the world would have been worth an additional $150 between the two rooms. Staff was friendly but probably won’t be staying here again.

酒店回复: Dear Guest,The shower faucet usually needs to be pushed before turning it to any point, that is a safety procedure we added as a child lock as we wanted to avoid any damage or harm to anyone. About the $150 incidental fee - it is necessary to be followed as we receive many guests that will end up smoking in the room or cause any damage hence we have to follow hotel policy to collect it. It would be bad if we never refunded you the money but I don’t see us doing any wrong in collecting INCIDENTAL FEE which is refundable. If this is a reason not to stay at any hotel then it is up to you.

Was easy to get to the room. Nice all around but could be a little cleaner in the bathroom. There was some mold in the corners and around the edges of the shower. It also wouldnt hurt to have a little bit newer tv but could have been way worse, it was quiet and everything was wiped down well and vacuumed and dusted.

The bathtub had mold on the inside edges. It was clean, but the whole place was old. The food in the morning was all all right not great. The pool very small workout room was missing things overall. It was exactly what I needed for what I needed it for.

酒店设施和我们预期的一样。不过，隔壁房间的客人在凌晨4点20分派对回来后吵醒了我们。他们回来后，派对一直开到早上6点。舒适客栈应该永远禁止他们入住。
房间很脏（墙上有手印、溅洒物、黑色污垢、床单上有污渍），游泳池有股难闻的气味，早餐大部分食物都很陈旧（苹果皱巴巴的，饮料空了，只有一个华夫饼机能用），工作人员把香肠换成了冰冷的香肠。
除了清洁人员之外，其他员工都很友好。此外，大堂可以看到泳池。泳池区的窗户很脏，泳池的颜色是可怕的绿色，好像维护得不太好。我回到房间，温度接近80华氏度（约27摄氏度），我不得不把空调调到最低档，但温度仍然不舒服。房间里的沙发看起来很脏，我试着洗澡时，发现里面有一块用过的毛巾。整个过程都感觉很脏。他们需要更好地维护房间和大堂。他们也提供早餐，但如果他们连房间和大堂都维护不好，我为什么要冒着健康风险在那里吃饭呢？除了前台之外，这次体验非常糟糕。
