Parking area unsafe, homeless people sleeping along side of building begging for money.
Room was clean and really nice. We went to breakfast at 7:00 and most food gone, what was there was cold.

Hotel was clean and staff was welcoming. The toilet handle was broken. Other than the toilet handle, I would use this hotel again.

One night stay as passing through...staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Truckers able to park in mall parking lot next store and hotel will give you parking pass for being a customer at hotel; very convenient area also.

The Fire alarm batteries went off at 2am
Was a little annoying, clerk took care of right away though!

Check in was easy because I had done it prior online. Ask for extra pillows as requested online, but received the reply at check in it was not possible because the housekeeping closet was locked, and front desk personnel ( solo staff) dd not have a key. ????I have never been to any hotel or motel for that matter where one could not get extra pillows. Wow
