I rarely ever do any reviews, but wanted people to be aware. It was so run-down when we went there. We thought it was closed. Not 1 car in the lot. Large blue tarps lying in the parking lot. Windows were filthy. Roof in need of repair. Garbage around the outside and looked as though landscaping hadn’t been trimmed in a very, long time. Due to health illnesses I have to be very careful about unsanitary conditions.
We could not stay there. They would NOT reimburse us any money!! We were out of town and going to a wedding. Very unprofessional and not understanding at all!!

The first room, the first night was a disaster. Room 104 didn’t lock but I didn’t know until the next morning when I was heading to breakfast. Also when I was taking my shower the tub spout completely fell off, exposing a tarnished copper pipe.

Well it didn’t have bugs but that’s all I can say about it. Our shower barely worked and the continental breakfast was just a cereal bar

The front double doors were deplorable. Fingerprints, smudges, very dirty. The outer landscaping was very bad. Needed definite TLC. I was placed on the interior 2nd floor and no elevator. I’m 79 years old and that’s a hard task. He should have seen that I was older and needed a room better accessible.The desk clerk was kind to carry up my bags.

The man checking me in asked if I was traveling alone. That’s terrifying. Then there was a rhythmic sound on the other side of the wall that sounded like a car alarm that never went off. I didn’t sleep at all.

Great visit
Wonderful stay. The room was very clean. Public areas were also very clean including the bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and are always very willing to help. We always enjoy our yearly visit here.
