Horrible Customer Service! No one was at the front desk at 10pm. When I finally did reach someone on the number that was posted on the door, home girl told me I may as well call customer service and get my money back. No apology, no help, no nothing. Just a rude sleepy person getting a free check. Wouldn’t book here if hell was closed and this was my last resort on earth. Hope this helps

I had to clean the light switch in the bathroom it was sticky dirty. I also had to wash my feet in the morning before putting my socks on since my feet were dirty from walking on the floor.

Unless you're really trying to save money
I don't expect a lot but seriously how difficult is it to have items in the room work properly. Staff was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. Also, I'm tired of staying in places where there are "residents!" That will be a question I ask going forward. The pool photo, doesn't look anything like that. Ants, no cups, sink faucet very bad flow. Just overall not a do again.
