住着还行,
这次住宿还算说得过去,但浴室需要翻新一下了,浴缸周围的硅胶都发黑了,看着有点恶心。他们也没进房间打扫垃圾,也没送毛巾什么的……我只好去前台要求倒垃圾和送新毛巾。另外,热水浴缸也坏了,没法用。
房间比较干净,
员工粗鲁
房间不太干净,浴缸很旧,边缘有点生锈。前台那位短发女士很粗鲁。早餐咖啡还没准备好,都喝完了。我问了她,她说她会煮一些,等我回到手机前,等了10分钟,咖啡还没来,这明明是早餐时间啊。
我最近住在201房间,对房间状况非常失望。地毯很脏,玻璃纤维淋浴墙严重破损且修补不及时,两盏灯都坏了,而且马桶在我们入住期间一直在漏水。这些问题让房间变得既不卫生又不舒服。
由于房间条件令人无法接受,我要求全额退款。请告知我您计划如何解决此事。
我们入住酒店时,前面的一些人被困在电梯里。工作人员试图修理电梯。他们告诉我们电梯很安全,但当我们试图上去时,也卡在了电梯里。电梯在我们入住期间一直无法使用。酒店外观相当干净。床很舒服。虫子还好,但浴室,尤其是浴缸和马桶,不太干净。
他们把账单完全搞乱了,收了我们比应收的更多钱。我儿子被华夫饼机烫伤了,他们让我们去商店寻求帮助。甚至不关心或担心我9岁的孩子。早餐时,他们的设备延长线到处乱跑,把他烫伤了
这是一栋老建筑,维护得不太好。一进房间就闻到一股难闻的气味。浴缸排水不畅,而且还没有及时修好。不过,工作人员很棒,也很亲切。
