The room was extremely clean. Julie at the front desk was absolutely magnificent, welcomed us upon arrival and was always courteous and ready to help. The only negative would be the water pressure for the sink was basically a trickle.
Would definitely stay here again though

Comfortable setting. Great location downtown close to restaurants. The staff is very helpful and pleasant especially Tammy who runs the breakfast area. The only thing I did not like is the parking situation. I was able to check in easily by temporarily parking my car in the front. The parked garage is next to the Hampton Inn. They validate your ticket and parking is less. It is charged to your account when you checkout. The downfall is I was visiting a friend in Gainesville. The weekend there was the Art Fest. I was told my friend would have to pay higher fees for parking. All streets around the hotel were blocked off for the festival. My friend and I had to find a place where she could pick me up safely. We ended up eating out away from downtown.

I would like to have real glassware and cups in the room. It 's a very nice room but I dislike paper and/or plastic cups.

很棒的酒店。Julie 帮我办理入住手续非常快捷友好。房间很大，床也很舒服。我们需要或要求的任何东西都很快得到了满足。地理位置优越，靠近所有地方。唯一的缺点是酒店没有停车场，也没有代客泊车服务。
现场音乐声太大了，我房间里的电视都能听到，工作人员真是慢条斯理，粗心大意。哇，再也不来了。
金牌会员没有任何福利。以前他们会给你一块饼干和一杯水。现在他们却指着电梯口。再也没有代客泊车服务了。太糟糕了。
这家酒店唯一的优点就是地理位置优越。可惜的是，房间里有一股浓重的霉味，让我过敏，而且空调声音大得像摩托车。说实话，我不明白为什么这家酒店会被评为优秀，感觉更像是一家低质量的酒店。
房间非常干净，大多数员工都非常友好热情。最让人恼火的是酒店正在施工，我猜这通常不会有什么问题，但早上6:30就听到巨大的撞击声和施工声，真是让人不爽。总的来说，这是一次不错的体验，只是希望我们能睡个懒觉，不受打扰。

一些设备和家具的状况也让人感觉不太舒服。床罩磨损严重，床又硬又吱吱作响。马桶冲水很慢，最后堵塞了。淋浴凳上明显有锈迹和积垢，手持花洒不停地漏冷水。
地理位置优越，附近有很多餐厅和夜总会。工作人员非常棒。非常感谢负责早餐的那位好心的女士。她每天都不辞辛劳地照顾我们，确保我们18个人有足够的食物。
