Super nice and clean hotel that looked brand new despite manager saying it was a year old. Room matched the rest of the hotel with super comfy bed. Hot breakfast and super friendly service. Would not hesitate to stay here again next time we're in the area!

Shower head was broken and had no shower curtain so water sprayed everywhere. The shower head looks like it was recently replaced but was not the proper one that fit the shower holder. The room was very load, you could hear every conversation in the hall, doors slamming all night and morning and whomever was above us was making allot of pounding noise. Definitely thin walls and no sound proofing. It’s a shame because the room was clean. The pillows were extremely small but functional.

The first room we were given was filthy. The bathroom had little clumps of mud all over the floor so I wet a tissue to try and sweep it into a corner and the tissue came up completely black like the floor had never been mopped. In addition, the toilet had fecal matter stuck to the inside of the bowl. I called the front desk immediately and asked that housekeeping come up to clean the bathroom. I was told that they didn’t have housekeeping on staff so they would change our room and I could come get the key. When I went to the desk I asked the lady what the draw was for Poteau OK that made all the hotels so expensive… she looked at my reservation and said “you should have booked directly with us, it would have been a lot cheaper. Believe me honey, ******* gets their money”. I asked that the information of the room condition be given to the manager and was told she wrote it down. After that, I was never contacted by anyone in the hotel during our 6 day stay. The hotel slso smells bad which prompted me to go to the store to get canned deodorizer and scented candles for our room to make it bearable.

My day was excellent. Everything was super clean. I felt like it was a brand new facility. Breakfast was good in the morning. I was able to get some good rest. Wish I could’ve stayed longer.
