The building and furnishings seemed very new. The staff was welcoming and courteous. Everything was clean and the breakfast area was clean and abundant choices. Would definitely recommend

Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Public area was overpowered by the smell of vanilla air freshener. Breakfast could have used more fresh fruit and unsweetened yogurt options. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Construction going on next door. Air couldn’t be lower than 72 so got hot and stuffy during night compared to what we are used to. Breakfast was good. Hot tub and pool were open until midnight was a pleasant surprise since it was after 9 before we returned each night. Overall a good place to stay.

Basic breakfast but tastey. Queen beds are small for 2 people. Pretty certain they are double not queen. Hotel was clean and smelled nice. Over all pretty good.

This is a nice, easy-to-get-to hotel. I have stayed here four times in the last three years.
The beds are comfortable, lots of space in the rooms and the breakfasts are decent.

Food was ok. Eggs cold.
Lobby area was scented with coconut. I’m allergic and I needed to use my inhaler.
Receptionist could have been more pleasant. She was efficient.

This hotel was very clean and organized. The staff does a wonderful job keeping this property in great conditions.
The only odd thing it that the rooms have a slightly odd smell. Nothing terrible just a little weird smell.
The cleaning staff is wonderful and friendly.
The front desk staff is not the friendliest, but they are helpful and knowledgeable.
The complementary breakfast is amazing.

The dark haired lady at the front desk on Monday and Tuesday had a very bad attitude. I requested a room change due to excessive noise from the office door, next to our room. I went to her three times and she always had an excuse. In the afternoon, I asked the other blonde haired gal named Carlee, I believe. In five minutes, she had contacted the manager, confirmed and completed a room change for us. She had excellent customer service skills.
