The staff was nice and attentive. We ended up leaving and going to a much nicer hotel for an extra $20 . The room however... I've paid half the price for better rooms. Our room roughly looked like the picture but was run down and the half painted bathroom left a lot to be desired. . And

Room was dirty had to change rooms. Whole sink fell out on my daughter while brushing their teeth and management would not come out behind the doors even knowing we had just lost my son to cancer and this was susposed to be our stress free processing time. Offered only a partial refund (knowing we would have to call ******* and it would be a mess) which is ridiculous. Wish I could upload the pictures. Entire sink fell through counter onto my daughter’s handicap boot.

This hotel has a pretty bad smell throughout. We thought it was just in the lobby, however the elevator, halls, and the room reeked of the musty smell. The bed was soft, but it sunk down in the middle like the marina trench!
Staff was friendly, breakfast was your standard free breakfast, nothing to write home about.
A hotel could be the nicest in the world, but if it smell bad that’s all that will stick in a persons mind. Whereas a 2 star hotel that smells like a 5 star will forever be the “best place to stay” when you’re on a budget.

Due to prepay on *******. The staff demanded a $200 cash deposit and wouldn’t do it on a credit card. At 1am the staff made me walk to a gas station ATM to get out enough cash for a deposit.

I had to pay a $100 CASH ONLY deposit which I have never had to do in all my years of travel. The room was so dilapidated and gross. The front staff that checked me in was nice but I still had a bad experience overall. Thankfully it was only for one night out of necessity.

The facilty was decent enough for what you pay. They did implement a 100 dollars cash deposit to stay when we got there. We did receive it back when we left though. Also they ran out of towels and we only had 3 towels for 4 people. Shower head is also very low. It was hard for my 5'11" son and 6'4" husband to shower. Over all wasnt a bad place.

While the staff was friendly and the room was clean, the door to our room and to many of the rooms there was damage to the door where a crow bar was used to open the rooms during a previous power outage. The metal plate in the door frame that the door latches into was completely missing. This caused the door to not sit properly preventing the swing bar door lock towards the top of the door to not engage correctly, making it completely ineffective. I ended up using a bench from the foyer of the room and an ottoman, braced between the wall and the door to make sure the door was secured. On the outside of the door, the damage caused a hole big enough the the door could have been Jimmie open very easily. I have pictures showing the condition of the door.

Nothing was unique about this property. There was virtually no one in the parking lot. There was no people there other than the manager, but was the worst was a horrible smell, and the manager seemed like it didn’t even affect her, but I could not breathe after 10 minutes of being in this facility. I would not recommend it until they alleviate that problem.
