Comfortable but disappointed
Was very happy with the room and staff was friendly. Only issue was the pool and hit tub was closed and that was the reason we chose to stay at this hotel.

There was a roach in our room, when I tried to report the incident I was told to contact the manager. Tried to contact the manager to report the situation and to get a refund, I was unable to get in touch with them. The phone number that I was given just rang for hours, still no response.

The A/C did not work. The room and bathroom was not well maintained. Bathtub stained. Drywall coming off in chunks in the bathroom.

Stinky, poorly cleaned
Family stayed here with over 10 rooms booked. All rooms had bad smell, even the hallway. We were accused of smoking when the hotel smelled of smoke when we got there. Curtains dirty, moldy spots on ceiling in room on the 1st floor. Rust marks and build up on baseboards...

Mold, Mold, Mold!!! The place smelled terribly when entering the front entrance to check in. Drapes hanging down fro the widow..mold on ceiling above air conditioner. Rust observed in entering the bathroom on the door and floor. The shower was terrible, needs to redo the shower wall. The hallway smelled terrible as well..had to use lysol and febreeze spray..stayed here last year and it wasn't in this condition..got to new owners. This needs to be used as a in and out hotel. Lesson learned.

We were given a room that had a lot of mold in the AC unit and bathroom. After letting front desk know, they offered two other rooms and when we checked those out, they had the same issues. We couldn’t stay and had to find other accommodations.
