room neglected, i asked for clean bedding covers and every single one he brought me were stained extremely bad. But he stated that they were clean. Also, the shower curtain wasnt the cleanest and the towels in the pool area wasnt swapped out for clean ones. The hot tub was out, but when I filtered for a hot tub when looking to book the room at the hotel it said it had one. But it emptied. The pool area had like molded looking walls inside the pool area.

The property is old and needs a lot of maintenance done on it. Loose fixtures, loose towel holders. The sink only trickled water. How could the cleaning person not notice and report to maintenance? I would stay elsewhere next time.

Very disappointed
The room was not the cleanest . Tv didn’t work, bathroom door barely closes and the lock on the shower door was broke can’t latch it to take a shower.. some of the linens were dirty.. very disappointed.. paid money for this and nothing works

I had to move from my first room because of issues with the toilet seat. Next room the TV remote was not working and lights in the bathroom and shower area were not working. I asked for clean towels for my second night and when I returned from my travels that day, nothing had been done.
从我们踏进房间的那一刻起，就闻到一股难闻的气味。我们办理入住后就去了房间。我在床上躺了一个小时，等我女儿下班。我们出门去吃了晚饭，晚上10点左右回来。我立刻跳上床。我丈夫看了会儿电视。结果没过多久，他就告诉我房间里有蟑螂。我们立刻离开了。第二天醒来，发现自己在另一家酒店，身上到处都是臭虫咬的包。我气疯了。酒店经理态度极其恶劣。我们付了四晚的房费，却一晚都没住，酒店拒绝退款。更糟糕的是，******* 也拒绝退款。真是令人作呕！
我们订的是特大床套房，结果进房间不到30秒就看到四只蟑螂从沙发里爬出来。我们立刻下楼要求退款，酒店却说不能退，要我们第二天早上再打电话。第二天早上我打电话过去，只拿到了25美元的住宿抵用券，连房费的一半都不到！除非你想带着虫子回家，否则我绝对不推荐这家酒店。
我换了三次房间才找到一个勉强能睡的，而且那个房间甚至没有电，但好在干净，所以我也就忍了。房间里有虫子、霉菌、皂垢和头发。我再也不会住这里了。真不知道他们凭什么收这么贵的房费。
糟糕的客户服务
我预订这家酒店是为了让孩子们周末可以去游泳，结果到酒店办理入住时，他们却贴出告示说游泳池关闭了，而且拒绝退款。
完全不推荐
给我们办理了错误的房间，第二天换到正确的房间才发现没有热水，所以换了另一个房间。早餐糟透了，我们第二天在外面吃的。热水浴缸坏了。没有一个房间像我预订的那样有浴缸，都是小型步入式淋浴间。三个房间的床单上都有污渍。我想上传照片，但上传失败。价格便宜是有原因的！那位身材高挑的金发女经理人很好，乐于助人。周五晚上值班的男服务员没有提供任何帮助，也懒得纠正他们的错误，他给我们的房间是一张带淋浴的单人床，却没有给我们换到正确的双人床带浴缸的房间。如果你预订了第三方房间，他们不会退款或退款，只是给你一个建议。这应该是我们走进房间时看到标牌上写着“这是什么意思”时首先想到的。显然，他们有很多不满意的人！说到这一点，我们在那里住了 2 晚，收到了 4 起投诉，房间也不对。
