It was very clean and very affordable. Beds, pillows and bedding were comfortable, clean and nice. Super Hot water and fridge!! Close to Ocean!! Big Plus!! But it was very clean and very practical and affordable! 4 stars!!
Cons: Dated Bathroom and shower head was short. I’m 6’5” and it would work ok for people under 5’10”. Someone punched a hole in the wall, before we rented there and not fixed yet.

When I arrived to check in, there is no one at the desk. They had a little sign saying they were sorry for the delay, but there was a buzzer to ring which I did. Nobody showed up so I didn’t actually check in and I didn’t actually stay there because I couldn’t check in

******* had an issue with the check in so it took and hour at midnight to check-in to the hotel when we were exhausted. The front desk lady was really nice but it was her first day and nothing worked right. The room was okay. The bathrooms were tiny and gross, no fan so there is water and mold stains everywhere.

A great place to stay. Loved the little kitchenette area. Loved the size of the refrigerator.
Only thing was the mattress hurt our back, but guess that happens the older you get.

The AC worked.. kinda. It was hard to find, because there is zero signage at the road and it was raining. My bathroom stall was littered by other people’s hair and the red light was definitely not doing anything for it. But, it was quiet.

We have large signage that towers over the hotel that can easily be seen from a distance, however getting to the property can be an issue for some quests. We are located at 1635 Elk Street in Rock Springs, right next to and walking distance to, The Santa Fe Southwest Grill for take out. We are next to McDonald's. Wonderful that you enjoyed our quiet atmosphere. Being tucked away from the road has it's advantages.

Check in was easy, great customer service and super nice check in person. This was just a quick stop on the way to a destination. Keep in mind this is a motel, it’s nice for what it is. Missing some amenities like a box of Kleenex and could be a tad cleaner but overall comfortable. The only downside is the doors are thick and heavy so they make a lot of noise as they open and shut.
