one night stay
Checked in late. First room had a bug in it and floor was dirty. Manager was nice and gave us another room.The room had some surface dusty, but clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Cereal, packaged cinnamon coffee cake, coffee, juice. Ate at steakhouse closeby only option except if you wanted to drive again.

Great Stay - We will be back!
We are in the area frequently because of family. We have tried most hotel/motel properties in the area and find the nicest properties have rates higher than we want to pay.
This was the nicest property we've ever seen at this price range. We were very happy with this hotel.The staff was responsive to our requests. Rooms were clean; the bed and bedding were comfortable. The room furnishings seem very new. We will definitely stay here in the future.
The parking areas are extremely well lit at night which we love. This hotel has easier access on and off of Hwy 69 than the majority of the properties on the hwy.
This is our new favorite hotel in McAlester!!

Overall Stay was good, stayed 1 night we encountered a roach upon entering room but it was already dead, and upon waking up for our checkout we found another roach which had died and was not there the night before. We suspect it was the fact that the gap between the door and the floor is pretty open. Overall quality of everything else was decent, never tried the breakfast though, only real issue I could see is small towels but it’s not a huge dealbreaker overall decent value for money.

First room we were given gad dried blood stains on the duvet. Moved rooms and the second room was cleaner but NOT clean. The toilet had dried pee left on the rim. Hair everywhere. The staff absolutely gave no cares about the cleanliness of the place, was rude with me when i called it out. But the worst of all was the so called continental breakfast! Stale cereal and old bagels. Gross. Absolutely will NEVER book here again

Seemed like the room was set up for one person. Short on towels and wash clothes. Soap was out in bathroom, and two small facial bar's at sink. Also when I went down to get soap, the staff in the office could not speak English. If you are in America, you should be able to speak ENGLISH....
