The A/C was very cold. The was very clean. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and even helped us get our luggage to our room from our car. We didn’t eat breakfast onsite, didn’t realize they served breakfast.

Staff was prompt quick with everything I needed in the morning the breakfast is good no orange juice but other than that was really nice

The room was nice and spacious. Remote didn’t work but they promptly switched it out for one that did work. I asked for a coffee pot and they found me one…so I didn’t have to go hunting coffee straight out of bed.

I entered the room and laid on the bed and i was bit bye a bedbug, yes they have bedbugs. They need to change the mattresses and pillows i could not sleep at night.I tried calling the front desk but the phone did not work. I went to the front desk they did accommodate me another room it was to late at night for me to find another hotel. This is not a place for comfortability and family. This hotel need new clean crew and renovations.It is not a breath of fresh air like you would feel walking into a hotel. 0/10 do not recommend.

Need to provide towels. Need to keep door keycards active the entire stay. Need regular size pillows…not throw pillow size. Disappointed in room. Needs major TLC. But I guess it is what it is when it’s called “Econo Lodge”

no tissue or toilet paper burn hole in the sheet right? Where your pillow goes smelled really bad.
