The pool wasn’t working (that was the main reason we chose your hotel in the first place) …the hot water went out one morning, so my wife had to take a cold shower … plaster was off the wall in he bathroom … a rusted towel holder … very disappointing

Staff was very courteous!! Free breakfast was a bonus. For the price, it was a good stay. We were in town for Basic Training graduation so didnt need anything fancy. The hotel room was clean but needed some repairs. The bathroom shower had some mildew and corrosion and smelled like the plumbing was bad. Elevator kept breaking, but staff was quick to react and call for help. Pool was closed down which was a bummer.

We found the staff to be very accommodating and the rooms well-maintained. We would gladly stay here again.

Such a hassle to make changes to your reservation when booked through *******. When finally checked in the room was yuck.
There were what use to be wet socks in the bathroom where the hairdryer was stored. And maybe a a shirt down below that. The room's ceiling had unrepaired water damage and thebpool was FREEZING.

This was our first time staying with Comfort Suites and the expectations were a maybe a step above a Motel 6. We were very pleasantly surprised by a spacious, clean and airy room. We will add this group to our list of affordable places to stay.

My stay was good until it wasn’t. The toilet in my room stopped working three different times! Each time the staff was responsive until the last time it stopped working again. I had to go downstairs to use lobby bathroom twice. There was human waste in mine that wouldn’t flush. Let the young lady know at the front desk she said someone would come up, no one ever did. My room was starting to smell and just went ahead and checked out. I left my number for the Manager to call me. As of yet, I’ve heard from no one.

Stay was decent. Elevator had problems. Staff was excellent with having to go to the closet to push the button in order for the elevator to go up. Room was good. Only problem was the tv was having problems but after an hour, it was fixed. Went to CNF, came back to the room, the AC went out. Thankfully the night staff was able to fix it quick. Some problems I normally would not have, but the staff was very excellent on making it all better with each problem.
