First, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in went fine. The room we were given had a host of problems. There was no shower curtain, the sink faucet was so loose we were afraid it would break, the toilet didn’t flush, the heat wouldn’t turn off, and the fan in the front of the suite wouldn’t turn off. We were given a new room the next day and it was ok. The breakfast was very poor. Items were constantly running out and they were very slow to replace them. I felt they just didn’t care. I won’t be staying there again.

The stay was terrible. The room smelled like cat urine and damp. The floor was filthy. They moved us to another room, and the towels were filthy, the bed smelled bad, and the air conditioning was blasting all night. The worst stay I've ever had.

Hallway carpet and the carpet in the rooms doesn't smell good! Needs carpet washes and dehumidifying! Old property, needs maintenance or renovations. Breakfast was ok!

Although I didn't get much communication with the staff, they did seem courteous. Upon arrival, the room felt humid and a little warm, and had a smell of wet laundry. We checked in late and were tired, so we decided to just go to bed. The beds were actually very comfortable, so that was good. In the restroom, there were dirty hands prints on the wall and the door didn't shut correctly. My wife attempted to have the breakfast, but said the coffee looked gross and the hash browns were terrible. Thankfully she didn't get sick from the eggs and chicken she had. We opted to go out for breakfast instead, and more than likely won't book this hotel again.

You get what you pay for I guess. We had one previous stay here which wasn’t bad. This time we were helped by Bobby who was cool. But then we found a roach in the room.

The staff was great however kept having tech issue's at check in. The rooms bathroom needed major repairs and the halls smelled like wet carpet. That being said i was on there for one night and was able to shower and sleep. That was my goal.

Walking into the room it had a stench of a gyms locker room. There was a light bulb out and none of the two phones worked, so I told
The front desk and the 4 days I was there, neither were fixed. The bathroom has black mold on the ceiling and in the toilet. The fan has months of piled up dust bunnies. The initial email says the rooms are cleaned every 3 days. The second and third day I was there, I could tell someone had been in my room because lights were turned on and I had left the room with all the lights turned off. One of the phones was moved and initially I assumed the phones were looked at but then they still didnt work and the light bulb hadn’t been changed. I checked out the night before because when I came back to my room, with every light on, I went to the bathroom and someone and taken a massive dump and clogged the toilet. I inspected the room further and could see that the trash cans had been emptied but none of the towels were replaced or bed made and at this point I was beyond terrified and disgusted. Who was coming in my room and not fixing the things I addressed or cleaning but leaving messes??? I told the front desk lady named Linda and told her I do not feel safe here and will
