Spiders everywhere, dirty sheets dirty libby, dirty room , no amenities ,needs to be shut down .. staff will not accommodate needs, power went out

The room was filthy, infested with huge bed bugs, substances were being smoked on the sidewalk along with fighting & drinking all night. It was so loud, scary and unsanitary that I could not sleep at all. I had booked it for seven nights but checked out the next morning. I'm trying to get out of a DV situation & have had to sleep in my car this past week. ******* denied a refund. Then Oyo denied a refund for the remaining six nights twice. I will never book through ******* again since you also did not back me up. Thanks for nothing!

The room itself was better than in previous years I’ve stayed there, but both nights there was a bunch of people yelling and banging and stomping right near my room. My room was right near the office so I know they heard it but didn’t ask them to stop. I never call the the front desk on people but it was that bad, but I let the phone ring till it cut off and there was no answer. Someone had to be there. It shouldn’t be impossible for the other guests to sleep in their rooms. I had to be up at 5am both days and I was exhausted because of this.

Was told upon arrival that my booking had been canceled. The desk clerk said there was no rooms available. My significant other reached out and was able to book me another room through *******, and the hotel clerk was not friendly at all when I returned. The room was filthy, disgusting. Definitely had not been updated or hardly paid attention to for that matter. Would not have stayed but due to events in town no other options were available.

Room smelled like cigarettes. There were people on bicycles going around making noise. The blankets had holes on them. Sink had ants. The towels looked stained. Overall do not recommend

The toliet didnt work complained to the desk they wouldnt help. Ask for a plunger wouldnt give one. I was told they would send someone they never came. Asked to use the bathroom in the lobby i was told no. The front desk people were so rude. Asked to speak to the manager was told no. None of this was there problem and they didnt care.

This was by far the WORST propert I have every stayed at. When entering the lobby, there were no lights on. Very sark - Bullet proof type of glass. Employee only asked for ID, said nothing else, no direction to room, no smile, nothing.
The rooms were so bad. Stains on walls, ceiling was in bad shape, Hair dryer was wrapped in some type of white tape. We arrived late after driving all day. Went back to desk and there was a sign that said back in 30 min. They never came back. I called no one answered. It appears that this is somekind of half-way house, or people living in the rooms - Doors to rooms were opened, children running around screaming. It was very uncomfortable. If you have the opuurtunity and a few more bucks, go elsewhere!
