Room felt used and unsafe. Dirty blanket, pink corners on the bed. Felt as though our car and our room would both be broken into. Sliver of soap in shower, shampoo empty.

The floor around the tub was rotting and falling through. The drain wouldn't stay open. The pool has numerous missing tiles.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the tub was very slippery when I was taking a shower was scared I was going to fall. The toilet is way to close to the wall and to short. The toilet felt like a little kids toilet we used to have in school. It was very hard to reach the toilet paper while sitting on the toilet. The door to the bathroom looked like it had been kicked in and a piece of wood was just placed over the hole. We stayed there because it was close to where I had to be for surgery and had stayed there before and was very pleased but I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. It was very difficult for me to you the toilet after my surgery as I couldn't been my leg very well. Maybe you should swap out some of the toilets with a handicap toilet as the older generation does have trouble with mobility and with a higher toilet it would be helpful. I could have requested a handicap room but I really don't need the lower bed and such. I just appreciate the taller toiler as I am tall as is my husband. The rest of the room and everything else was just fine. The breakfast was great. Like I said everything was good except for the bathroom.
