Had a little hiccup when I first got here, but everything was fixed and the staff was so kind and polite. My son enjoyed his little birthday party and the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. I definitely will be coming back

In the evening, the first 3 nights, the girl hung out with the employees at the hotel next door. If you needed keys, towels, etc. You had to go next door. I didn't book a room next door! They don't clean the room unless you ask them to. Getting towels was a hassle because you had to go next door. The last 2 nights, an older gentleman was there and he got us what we needed.
The room needs work. It was not a suite by any means. The desk was broken, the shower leaked into the entryway and water smelled like mold. The ice machine was broken and of course was told to go next door. Maybe i should have booked next door. Everything is there including employees!

Blood-stains
Horrible places. Staff was sitting and occupied with their phones. We found a blood-stained comforter and blood stains on the wall. We found doorknob holes in the wall. Paint chips everywhere including the bathroom. Bathroom has one set of towels for a double-bed room. The floors were uneven.
Service was terrible. When my husband asked for a new comforter after telling her their were old blood-stains on it, we were told to expect that at hotels in general.
The room wasn't sanitary.

The bathroom had mold and was leaking water. My whole family had respiratory problems after a single night in this room.

They advertise heated pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated (or it is and they just didn't have it turned on)and the hot tub was out of service and gross. They did not have any pool towels in the pool area so it was a good thing we had extra towels tjat we brought. The ice machines were down. All of them. We had to walk across the parking lot to the next motel to get ice. Bed was comfy. We chose to stay there for the pool and hot tub. So, that was disappointing. The room was clean but did not smell clean. The telephones were disgusting, the one on the desk looked like it had a years worth of dust on the cord. AC works GREAT! We like to sleep cold so that was a bonus. Linens were good, bath towels and washcloths were good. We liked the set up of the room. Overall its was a good average experience.

Wayne, at the desk was friendly and helpful. Properly pretty ran down. Hallways were muggy and no air. Bathrooms were in need of TLC. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Would not choose to stay again.
