We had 4 rooms between all our friends. Toilet wouldn’t quit running in 1 room, AC kept shutting down in another, furniture was stained, trash was piled up on outside trash bins. Won’t be back!

Nightmare of Filth
This is the worst place we've ever stayed. Has severely gone down hill. There were ants all over the bathroom sink area , the floors were so dirty we had to keep shoes on at all times. Room service never showed up until we complained. There is NO hot tub , the pool was completely green and closed in JUNE , NO bar as advertised, NO restaurant as advertised. NO POOL ..smelt seriously like mold everywhere. Mold and mildew. Carpets were so disgusting they were sticky. The hallway carpet was so worn that we actually tripped over the ripples in it. Service was bad and desk clerk unfriendly. Their Continental breakfast consisted of stale cheerios, empty jug of juice and biscuits with gravy which we had to wait to be refilled. No eggs, no bacon,no sausage. Breakfast was a sad joke. No coffee , not even a coffee pot in room. We stayed in 122 and 129 ..they were awful. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. I can't even believe how horrible this place really was. It honestly needs to be shut down.

The woman working as the receptionist was the only positive part of this experience.
They have started renovation of the rooms, but there was a stain in the tub where the ceiling is leaking, probably from their air conditioning, as there were leaks elsewhere, especially in the lobby.
The smoke detector in the room was disconnected, and most of the lamps and the coffee maker were not plugged in, because there were not enough cutlets.
The side entrance did not lock, so that was another security issue.
Do not recommend.

The hotel did not have my booking but will not issue a refund and lied to ******* saying we were a no show. Hotel looked shabby and some very dodgy people hanging around outside. Steer well clear of this place

It's clear that they stole photos from other Ramada hotel websites, because the photos and actual place don't even compare. This property is the ghetto of Henderson, KY and nobody should ever stay there, ever! I would rather sleep in my SUV than that dump. I walked in and back out after no service for 20 minutes. It is connected to a rundown property attached to the hotel. Trash and everything outside along with broken down cars and crack heads laying on the pavement. It's like staying on the set of an episode of Walking Dead. It sticks, it's trashy, and employees don't even work at the desk even though they see you. Had enough after 20 minutes of waiting and talking to the woman behind me that has been waiting for towels for 7 hours. Lobby smell is a combination of urine and mold. NOBODY…should book this trash! Sleeping in a SUV is an upgrade. Use Sleep Inn or Holiday Inn, at least they have lights and not what this place is.

Facility was very dated and in poor condition. Used to be a large motel but was virtually empty. We - two women- were placed in a room on the back side of the hotel. Outer door to building didn’t look. Room had moldy bulging ceiling tiles and smelled. Area felt very unsafe so we left promptly even though we were told we might not get a refund.

Property is not at par with other similar properties in facilities and cleanliness. Staff is very good. Parking and locations is convenient
