This recently remodeled hotel was perfect for our needs. The room layout was great and spacious. Outside patio areas looked really nice, but due to weather we were not able to use that. Their front desk staff is amazing, made us feel welcomed, and gave us great tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. I would stay here again for sure!

When we got to the hotel we realized it was having construction done. Ok. Well we were told our choice of room was NOT even available to be offered. They did not have a room for us even tho I had a confirmation notice/number. So we were stranded. The employee at the make shift desk did tell us we could stay in a small room or try to book a room somewhere else. We confirmed to be back so we went to our car to try to find a new room to stay in. We did find a room so I went back in and confirmed with the desk clerk that we will be going elsewhere. He then said come back next year and it will be like a whole new place. Really. I will NEVER go back to that hotel!

We were told that the 3rd and 4th floors were completed but the truth is, 'The entire hotel is a construction zone.' We asked for coffee for the room and were told that corporate won't give them any so there is none in the hotel! 🤔 As an owner, I'd think that taking the initiative to get some at Costco might be good for customer relations, but...NO COFFEE HERE!

I stayed at Cambria Hotel Fort Collins in August 2025 and was very disappointed. The property was under major construction — the lobby was sealed off with plastic, hallways cluttered with debris, and the parking lot full of trucks and dumpsters. None of this was disclosed when booking. Key amenities including the pool, gym, and breakfast were unavailable, but still advertised online. Housekeeping never came during my 3-night stay, and even when I replied to a text requesting towels, no one followed up. The room was described as “remodeled,” but aside from the shower, the furniture was worn and shabby. While staff were polite, the overall experience felt like staying in an active construction site. Guests should be clearly informed of these conditions before booking.

Family vacation stay and was excited to see the pics on line. I just wish they accurately represented the experience. I understand when a hotel undergoes renovations things my be a bit disheveled, but I feel like that hotel owes a duty to their customers to let them know what amenities will not be available that may affect the stay, especially for a family with kids. Specifically, the pool and spa were closed for renovation so they were inaccessible, we would’ve had to pay for breakfast in the morning, the fitness room is not 24 seven, the room listing says that it has two TVs but ours only had one with wires hanging off the walls, one of the two telephones in the room was missing all of the buttons, except for the number pad, the elevators lights were burnt out, the list goes on and on and on. All that said, I don’t believe in leaving one star reviews so I’m leaving this a two star review. On a positive note, I didn’t notice any pests, the doors locked, and the pillows were comfortable… But the bed was like sleeping on a rock. When I explained to the front desk why we were checking out 4 days early, there was very little empathy. Looking for a nice stay? Skip this one.

Currently under remodel. Hot tub, ice maker on 2nd and 3rd floors, phones in the room, closet door in our room and computers in business center all not working. We arrived to room with the mini fridge frozen over, and we defrosted ourselves so we could use. Maybe they could lower the price since amenities not available? Loads of photos, but you get the idea.
这家酒店太糟糕了!完全不值这个价钱!早餐甚至都不包含在内。当我们进了房间,桌子旁边的木头掉了一块,就在我们床边,感觉很不安全。沙发床连毯子和枕头都没有,我下去问前台要这些东西的时候,他们竟然说不提供枕头,因为床上已经有足够的枕头了。他们只给了我们一床毯子,谢天谢地我们车里还有一条备用的。我之前在佛罗里达住了一家超棒的酒店,住四晚的价格跟这家酒店住一晚差不多——那家酒店又好又干净,设施也很新。我觉得我至少应该得到百分之五十的退款,甚至更多……
我们周四晚上开了六个小时的车才到,到的时候已经很晚了。到了之后发现大楼正在施工。没关系,工作人员引导我们到西门办理入住。到了房间,我们发现沙发床没有床单。衣柜也没装修好,因为没有衣杆,所有的衣架都堆在地上。于是我们打电话给前台,工作人员帮我们换了房间。换到下一个房间后,衣柜还是没装修好,所以我们又换了一次……当时已经很晚了,我们筋疲力尽。我们又换了一次……问题依旧,但这次我们只好作罢,心想算了……我们需要睡觉。房间里没有垃圾桶。第二天我们打电话过去,发现房间里的电话打不通。两台电视都坏了,只有一个遥控器。晚上晚些时候,一位工作人员试着修电视……但只修好了一台……他说两台电视要用同一个遥控器。暖气/空调也坏了。外面很凉爽,房间里却很热,我们只能把窗户开一条缝。浴室没有排气扇。周日本应有客房清洁服务,结果没人来……我们只好打电话要毛巾。他们道歉说也不知道为什么漏掉了我们的房间……哦,对了,遥控器上的Netflix按钮也按不了。周一早上我们提前退房,他们说会调整账单。结果根本没动静。回家的路上,我收到通知说信用卡上又被扣了一晚的房费。我打电话过去,他们说是搞错了,会处理,还会跟总经理沟通。那笔额外的费用确实被取消了。但是,我至今还没收到回电。我回来这两天一直打电话,都没人接。这家酒店应该在客人入住前把装修工程做完。
酒店正在进行大规模翻修,简直一团糟。没有任何便利设施。办理入住的柜台竟然是一张折叠桌。到处都是灰尘和杂物。简直是犯罪!这家酒店根本不应该营业。我竟然被收取了全额房费,真是太糟糕了。我以后绝不会再入住这家酒店,也不会再入住任何一家精选酒店集团旗下的酒店。
这绝对是我住过的最糟糕的酒店。带着两个小孩长途飞行后,我到达酒店却发现前台空无一人。我等了25分钟,最后不得不打电话到酒店才有人来办理入住。房间状况糟糕透顶。折叠床坏了,床单又脏又破,只有两层劣质的被褥——连像样的羽绒被都没有。地毯破了,台灯也坏了,整体卫生状况令人无法接受。入住期间,我甚至还被蜘蛛咬了。晚上噪音也很大——隔壁房间震耳欲聋的音乐声和外面传来的嘈杂声让我根本无法入睡。我投诉了酒店,他们只提供了100多美元的赔偿,这点钱根本无法弥补糟糕的体验。他们没有丝毫诚意道歉或弥补过失。我强烈建议大家避开这家酒店。卫生状况差、服务糟糕、安全隐患重重,导致入住体验极其糟糕和令人沮丧。
