Room was not clean, water was brown colored and tv’s wouldn’t connect to wi-fi. Very disappointed with my stay

The front desk was wonderfully helpful and friendly. We got to know them by name.
Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, grits, cold cereal, oatmeal, waffles.
The building itself needs some TLC, an armchair was missing from our room (the ottoman was there) and a light bulb needed replacement, but the front desk was working to get things repaired.
We are looking at to a return visit.

Shower had hair in the tub, on the walls, and shower curtain. The WiFi didn’t work, TV is Roku so that didn’t work either. Loud toad noise and the AC would stop after an hour and the room would heat back up and you could turn the AC on for another hour. Absolutely reduculous!

It took some time to check in due to training. Room TV didn't work, and someone had to come up and reprogram after some time. Phone did not work in room. Ceiling had leak. No hot water when showering and then no hair dryer in room. Had to go down to lobby for dryer which they did not have there and had to search hotel for one which made me late for my meeting. (The reason for staying)

The stajff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was pretty good. The amenities were lacking. No toilet paper in the bathroom. One Small bar of soap for 2 people for 2 days.

The customer service was phenomenal. Staff very helpful and friendly. The facility was not very clean, it had an awful smell of dirt and pee in the halls. The breakfast was terrible, little to no effort put into having a decent breakfast. The indoor pool was a murky color resembling a swamp. Our beds were half made and there was blood on our bed. We also didn’t have towels in our room.

Property is older, but room was adequate and bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a roll-in shower and it was clean. Overall it was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
