The place was empty except the one car where a man seemed to be sleeping in his car. The attendant would only show us one room ? There were drug deals going on in the back. Not safe at all. Don’t stay here. It’s not safe

From here, it is only a couple mile drive to Beautiful Fort Walton Beach. The staff was friendly and overall clean place. The room was nice and the bed was wonderful. My only complaint is that the corners were not kept that clean in the room and there were some little bugs or insects on the dresser.

The staff was very rude upon arrival. We got a room and the toilet was broke, they did not move our room and denied us a refund. Following that, told us we had to get out of the lobby.

The room was nice and clean in a quiet area. The only thing I would have liked was more of a selection at breakfast. They had waffles, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage links, bread/bagels and muffins. There was also some cereal available. It would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs/yogurt and/or even a plain gravy for the biscuits because I am on a pork free diet. But overall, I enjoyed a waffle and coffee. Not too bad.

Our sheets were not changed the entire time we were there. We stayed 4 nights, and no one came to change our sheets. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels

When I arrived, it was definitely not what I expected. It certainly did not look like with a picture showed. I was told though if I canceled I would be charged $100 so at that point I said I guess I’m stuck staying. The room was not very clean. I honestly couldn’t sleep because I was scared of bedbugs or just felt gross.! The bedding seem clean but the bed around it wasn’t for the shower or the chair and the desk! I certainly would’ve stayed somewhere else if I known, especially doing this trip, spontaneously and little money as a single mother
