Amazing sleep. Beds are awesome. Pillows to die for. To the desk 3 times to get in room. Stingy with the biscuits at breakfast. Waited about an hour for them to replenish what the family destroyed before me to no avail. left to eat what they did not want. Overall I would recommend. Staff was cool.

It was a decent room. 😔 However, we did discover some bugs on the bedroom floor and in the bathroom. 😞 As a result, we just stayed for one night and then departed right away, not using the two days we had reserved. It was really distressing. 😔

The breakfast menu was okay but there is not a whole lot of options. I do enjoy the variety of shops and things to do that is around. There is a hot tub and pool, pool is decently warm and hot tub is super hot but it does feel nice. I will say the overdose of chlorine is intense and it does make your eyes burn by how concentrated it is and the smell of chlorine is really strong compared to a typical pool/hot tub. I recommend when you pay, pay through the app and not directly at the place because they take 135$ for incidentals and then do not charge you for your stay until after your stay which was a bit weird to me.

The room itself is clean and the beds are comfortable, but the tv’s need updated to smart tv’s and the tub was gross. There was some hair on the toilet and floor near the tub. The toiletries included 2 soaps, a half used shampoo and lotion bottles. It was fine but for the price should have been much nicer. Lots of restaurants/stores close by but the immediate surroundings felt run down. Wouldn’t stay here again. Didn’t bother getting up for breakfast but the 24 hour coffee was nice. 1st floor had ice machine and water fountain with water fill area and snack machine. We were on the 3rd floor sooo not super convenient but ok for the 2 nights we were there.

Clean, friendly staff great rooms very comfortable. I recommend them for anybody who’s looking for a relaxing time.
他们没有我的预订。然后不知什么原因，******* 还额外收了我钱。这家酒店根本没做好接待客人的准备。淋浴间没有地方放洗漱用品或肥皂盒。有一天我没有厕纸，不得不去前台拿。第二天他们根本没有给我肥皂，我还得去前台。第三天下午 3 点左右我回到房间时，房间还没有打扫干净。我不得不在大厅等了两个小时才进房间。女服务员只会说法语，所以我和她无法交流，前台工作人员显然也无法和她沟通。主房间的电视坏了。卧室的电视可以看，但是频道和导游信息不符。总而言之，这是有史以来最糟糕的酒店住宿体验。房间大部分都很干净，除了浴室地板上有头发。前台工作人员态度很好，但是对于没有录入系统的 ******* 预订，他们无能为力。我再也不会住在这里了。
******* 上的列表是错误的，抵达后我不得不升级我的房间，但被多收了钱，并且对我们有多少人感到很难过，标准特大号床套房里没有沙发床，没有婴儿床，热水浴缸坏了，游泳池很脏，在我们住宿结束时也坏了。
水疗中心在重大节假日期间关闭，我们入住期间大部分时间女洗手间的马桶都堵塞了。此外，房间的照明也不太好用。
入住一晚
我们房间里的床和沙发很舒服。早餐区很干净，但热食要么是冷的，要么还是冰的。有些地方需要维修。
我们从入住到结束都享受了五星级的体验。前台的年轻女士非常热情友好，乐于助人。
