Front desk is not welcoming and the toilet in my room had urine when i arrived. I complained about my room floor being super dirty and they did say nothing but ok

The lobby doesn't has a restroom 🚺 and the costumer service lady Maria don't give me access until she give me the room key . I arrived on time but my room not was ready and don't give me access for a restroom. I feel that situation rude 😔

The hotel was close to all the places we needed to go. East of and on freeway. The hot tub was a great way to relax.

酒店很棒，地理位置也很好。
房间很干净，床也很舒服。枕头确实需要改进一下，所以如果你像我一样挑剔的话，最好自带枕头！早餐是一些袋装糕点，不过停车场就有一家丹尼斯餐厅和一家星巴克！
