I spilled water from my water bottle and cleaned it up with a towel from the bathroom. The towel was filthy, the floors in our room were absolutely disgusting. When I told the front desk this, she said ow well they may charge you for that towel. Mind blowing, just mind blowing; your floor were filthy and me using a towel to clean up clear liquid, the same liquid the towels is made for I. The bathroom and you could care less about how gross your room is and just about your towel. Do not stay here! Horribly dirty, unsafe areas, staff is just totally unbelievable.

Decent room (a little dusty) parking was okay…a few riff raff walking around the parking lot. Need more towels and blankets.

The pool is not heated. People are obviously living here with obnoxious kids making noise all night and the continental breakfast is a joke not anything like in the pictures will not come back to this hotel after staying here a week.

Walked in room and it smelled like civilization. Had to use my husband’s cologne all weekend just for the smell to go away. There’s a cap on the door that’s big enough for bugs and rodents and air from outside to come in. One of the lights on the dining area was very dim. The bedframe was extremely dusty very as it was never cleaned for two years or so. One of the staff at the front desk was not the friend Elias did not smile. Did not have a welcome attitude And just seem like she did not want to be there helping people. There was no parking around the area we had to wait for someone to leave in order to park on a spot where we would not get to. The area doesn’t seem safe. There was a car parked in the hotel area that was just hanging out in the parking lot Looking at other people pass through.

Over all it was ok. Our tv never worked they tried to fix it but signal kept going out. Room 226. Then the thing that threw me off the most is the free breakfast wasn’t a hot breakfast. They do have boiled eggs, toast, two types of cereals, milk, hot tea and coffee and some pastries but I was hoping it was one with eggs and sausage. Room was very clean and comfortable and Yisinia the maid was stellar. She was awesome!

Guest were loud front desk did not seem to care at all. I work in the hotel business and this place had no care to take care of there guest.
