Breakfast was okay. Due to the torrential downpour the previous night, there was some leaks in the hotel including the dining area, hallways, and rooms. There were gnats in my room, the carpet smelled of mildew and the shower constantly dripped. Great staff due to the amount of people that came for the weekend event in the area.

The second I opened the door to my room all I could smell was damp and mildew. There was mold very visibly growing on so many surfaces in the room. The furniture was dirty and it was obvious that the surfaces weren’t cleaned thoroughly at all. One headboard had very visible greasy handprints and even a foot print on it. There was mold on the AC/Heating unit, the ceiling, the front door, the desk chair, the side of the night stand, and multiple other places. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was lacking. Customer service was lacking. The front desk associate was nowhere to be found when I arrived to check in. I had to call the hotel from my cell phone while standing in the lobby and still didn’t get any response. Avoid at all cost. I took a shower and put on a brand new pair of white socks and within 15 minutes, the bottoms of the socks were completely black from the dirt on the tile and the carpet. Any towel that touched the floor had black marks on it from the grime on the tile. The side door to the hotel was zip tied so that it wouldn’t lock when the door closed because of an apparent lock/key reader malfunction. I am incredibly disappointed with my stay.

The room was filthy, the toilet didn’t work properly. The shower curtain was hung wrong or water poured out on the floor., their laundry facilities were closed, you didn’t get fresh towels or your trash if you did unless you asked for it, I could go on and on I would never ever ever stay there again. I was told they’re getting ready to remodel..

The pool was closed for the season. The room was freezing when we first got there. We did adjust the room temp.

Exceptional service / awful breakfast
Everything was exceptional except for the breakfast 2 of the days were the same breakfast, no different options 😢. The 3rd day was something different but it was just awful.
Service and cleanliness was wonderful all 3 days. Will consider staying there again but will make plans to eat breakfast somewhere else.

We got in late the first night and did not know how dirty and gross the room actually was, the next morning we complained to the front desk and they put us in a different room. That room was definitely cleaner and not as bad as the first one. The beds were not comfortable at all. This hotel could definitely use some much needed TLC.
