It was noisy because it was close to road. The room was not cleaned, bedding was not neat and even trash can was not emptied. I claimed ad they switched room but there were Lots of ants.
They switched the room again but first impression was not good.

The rooms near the highway need the windows replaced. The traffic noise is so loud you feel you are along the side of the highway.
The person working the front desk was more interested in his video game he was playing on his phone than customer service.

Well, I enjoyed my whole stay. Our room was clean, all linens were clean, the room was perfect. My back was not doing well at all. When I approached the front desk I was huffing and puffing even with my cane. The gentleman that was at the front desk took my info. He was smiley and soft spoken. I asked where to go for dinner. He explained. We were not disapointed at all. When we got into our room everything was great. I turned to go into the bathroom and I was surprised. I am sure the gent at the desk figured this room would be a plus for me. It was! The shower was a flat walk-in with a place to sit while showering. I have never used facilities like this. It was so nice. So I think that the gent at the desk decided to put me in this room for comfort. Thank you!! Well, breakfast was a good choice of food. Again everything was clean and orderly. The whole staff was wonderful. We are home now, but my back is still bad. Thank you comfort Inn. I am sure we will be back.

I like that the bathrooms and rooms were updated. The reception put us in a room close to the pool which was really nice. The pool was nice too, there were enough towels.
The hotel lost water when we were there, which was unfortunate, but the staff and crew were helpful and it came back on intermittently for the rest of our stay.
The only downside when we were there was that the breakfast was super limited (some pale burger patties and DIY waffle), the juice machine was broken, there was no milk or coffee creamer. The man in the front desk did not even care to look for a substitute, just flat out told us there was nothing. He just stood there checking his phone the whole time and wasn't really interested in giving people service. He looked like he hated his job.

我到的时候，前台几乎20分钟都没人。入住后，我走进房间，看到走廊上酒店正在装修。不过，我的房间还好。可惜的是，早上醒来的时候，酒店停水了，我不得不退房并退款。
泳池关闭
说实话，我选择这家酒店就是为了泳池。我计划带儿子去玩一天雪胎，晚上再去游泳，可惜泳池关闭了。我问工作人员是不是暂时关闭，但他们真的没帮上什么忙。
