The staff were welcoming. The receptionist who checked us in also pointed us in the right direction for a quick and yummy meal. The bed was especially comfortable and that was much welcomed!

The staff was the best! The nighttime staff was great. He checked us in quickly and was very friendly. Both morning oeople were also ver friendly. Check out was fast and efficient. We were there to celebrate my sister's 80th birthday, so we ate with her. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The shower needed more pressure, but otherwise was great. I like doors on the accessible showers. Otherwise, you get water all over the bathroom! Curtains just do not contain the water. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Personal trip to southern Missouri, this location was perfect & not too far from St Louis! The front desk gentleman was friendly & very professional, he made us feel at home! His name is Garrett & he was amazing! Great customer service which is hard to find these days!! Thank you Garrett!

This was the first and only time we will stay at this hotel. The room was musty and had a damp feeling and caused issues for one of our family who has asthma. Upon further review, we found water spots and mold on the ceiling and took pictures and reported this to the hotel. The general manager called back the following workday and told us that he could not issue a refund because we booked through a 3rd party, but that he would work with the third party to issue the refund. After not hearing anything, we contacted the general manager again. He has now decided that the issues do not warrant a refund. We travel to this area multiple times during the last few years and have never stayed at this hotel- so thought we would give it a try. We will not be going back.

No EV charging
Room was a little musty when the AC was running at 70 degrees but was very comfortable set at 68 for sleeping. Some nature could be heard but nothing that effected my sleep.
I only ask whey they don't have EV charging in this day and age?
