Immediately was told that a $50 per room deposit was required that went into effort the day before my reservation. Was supposed to have connecting rooms but was told none were available even though there was hardly any other guests there. One key card from each set didnt work and I also had to help a guest who was having problems with their key as well. The smoke detector was dangling by wires from the ceiling in one room. There was also a missing outlet cover and a microwave that only worked when it wanted. I'm very unhappy with my stay and I am still waiting for my deposits to be refunded. Very unprofessional especially when coming from out of state.

Room was nice , neighbors were ridiculously loud and fighting until 1-2 am , staff handled it well, but made for a very long night and having to be up early for college wrestling. I am just glad it was us as parents in the room

Very clean room very comfortable bed, the Internet connection barely worked at all; and there was pieces out of my remote missing like it was broken but other than that wonderful stay

The rooms were spacious and well kept. They were also very quiet and I slept very well. I do think the WiFi could be enhanced to provide more consistent reliability.

Staff was excellent. Facility has seen its better days. Good for 1 night. I would not stay there again. HVAC sounds like a F-16 taking off throughout the night. Didn't have a shower curtain when we arrived but staff member took care of that. TV wouldn't connect the first night, but staff connected. Football Saturday night no one could get the TV online. Parking lot full in the morning so it still must be making money.

Not so great start
It took 15 minutes just to get in the room. The staff was very apologetic and tried so many different ways to get us in our room. Re-loaded info on card, was trying to change batteries on door lock, jimmy it with a screwdriver... then finally used a lock out device. It was a first, and after that things went smoothly. Only real complaint was the stale musty smell of the room... but at least it did not smell like **** like in the hallway. The place was clean, a bit dated, but cudos on cleanliness.
