Desk staff was courteous. The elevator didn't work, which should have been a clue. The bathroom was horrid. 4 of us were in the room. Not one of us felt inclined to step foot into the shower. The room was functional at best. There was a tear in the bedspread. The price of this room is what I would pay for a 4 star hotel. This was a 2 at best.

The bedding was disgusting! It had urine and blood stains! Staff nonchalant. Was switched to a different room. Shower was awkwardly built. The shower head was in the ceiling and it sprayed in all different directions soaking the floor. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Only settled and stayed because we were only in town for one night. Will never stay at this hotel ever again.

This hotel is disgusting, I had to leave!!! We arrived late Friday, too late to stay elsewhere and I had to book elsewhere for our second night in CT!!! Shower wouldn’t turn on, sink was clogged, peeling paint, TV was broken, breakfast was too gross to eat!!! FILTHY!!! THEY ABSOLUTELY HAVE BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE SECOND NIGHT EVEN THOUGH I CHECKED OUT!! Poorly managed, poorly ran, the worst hotel I’ve ever been to!!!!

A run-down dump. The elevator was out-of-service. Based on the conditions of the out-of-service signs, I'd say it has been out-of-order for quite some time. The curtains in the room were ripped and tattered. The desk chair seating pad was ripped. The toilet was about 15 inches off the ground - bring a rope to get up. The wallpaper was peeling. But other than that, it was great. The franchise owners clearly don't want to invest any money in the property. My first time at a Quality Inn. Likely my last.

They need to change carpets and paint hallways. Dirty stairs and carpets. Broken elevator. Holes in my bedroom. TV control didn’t work. Staff were nice.
Clean sheets and towels. Decent bathroom.

The breakfast we very limited and everything was stained except the beds. Not impressed. You get what you pay for!

The bed was nice and sheets were clean. Heat worked. Wifi was fine.
However, the floor was sticky and the shower didn't look clean so I avoided it. Elevator was down the night I stayed. The hallway carpets are in need of a very deep clean.

The Hotel was in very poor condition. Elevator was not working, carpet was old, soiled and smelly. Beds were not comfortable and breakfast was not consumable. Not worth half of what I paid.
