Staff was okay and responsive. Building and property is super run down, rooms inside are dirty. When we removed the sheets ,there was a spider on the bed. Area around is beautiful, but wouldn’t stay here again!

We were well-pleased with the staff and facility at Motel 6 - Hot Springs, Arkansas.
The clerks at our check-in and departure were personable and professional.
Our room was clean, cool, and ready even though we placed a reservation shortly before arriving.
The parts of the property we saw during our overnight stay are attractively maintained and clean. I did not visit the pool and have, therefore, omitted answered the questions regarding the same.

very basic: bed, bathroom, refrigerator, small tv. no coffee maker. no breakfast. airconditioner very loud (actually woke me during the night).

We had to swap rooms the one they gave us smelled like urine and the floor was coming up and i almost fell the air-conditioning was so loud and rattled the hot water was never consistent. I will not book with them on my next trip to hot springs arkansas. No house keeping on the premises.

Overall Review
I had issues with the bathroom, because there are no safety or handicap bars in the bath tub area. I had balance problems showering. The parking and walkway had lots of trash. The daytime desk clerk was rude and with no personality. The young lady that checked me in was wonderful.

A few loose stairs on building A and air cond unit loud and needs to be checked. Other than that it was great. Will be back.

It was fine, staff was just ok, the room was supposed to have a jacuzzi in it but did not. The room itself was fine for the weekend but had cobwebs all over the place, and the hot and cold on the showers was a struggle to set.

The room smelled bad. The shower had someone’s hairs in it. I will not ever stay there again. The sheets had burn holes in them.
