The room smelled bad. The shower had someone’s hairs in it. I will not ever stay there again. The sheets had burn holes in them.

Used to lovd this place. Stayed Sunday through today, Wednesday. Was supposed to stay 2 more nights for my Sons BDay, they tried charging the wrong card, I was at work, so they kicked my Son out on the street. When I called and spoke with them, I was yelled at and belittled. By a staff member and by the manager. The manager also was very cruel verbally to my son, called him names and yelled at him. They said we are no longer welcome after my conversation with this manager. The room was dirty, nothing wiped down, floor was dirty, i had to pickup trash 1st thing, the bed was very uncomfortable, also not 1 time did housekeeping come to my door. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE

I never got to stay they canceled my reservation before I even got in town to get the hotel I had to spend more money on another hotel because they wouldn't let someone check in for me to my room that I set up to get for to get checked in and they wouldn't let me speak to the manager and they hung up on me twice

Hotel does except pets. Im not sure where the people stayed that gave reviews. This place has not been updated. I stay in less expensive places but this is the worst. Floori g warped and coming up. Bathroom was not clean. Door to room looked like it had been beat with something. No light bulb in lamp. Over all a dump. Lady at desk was very nice.

My room was not wiped down on any tables. Deck had trash, draw had some trash, trash behind the bathroom door, floors and deck needs a better cleaning. Saw 2 roaches!! Never have before. Pool feels great. Nice. Quite disappointed in the uncleanliness and no room service, 3rd day. Maybe better housekeepers!!

Great place to stay!
This hotel was very comfortable updated rooms and very clean. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Coffee up front in the morning is really good. Pool was awesome! Definitely will stay here again.

Good location. I had asked for a downstairs rooms due to a disability but this was not honoured and I was told I should have contacted the property prior, which I had. I was then downgraded to a one bed room so we could be placed downstairs and the property refused to refund the difference because it was only a couple of dollars difference - that wasn’t the point! The bathroom was not very clean. The bed was rock solid and crippled my back.
