breakfast was not very good. waffles were nasty and there were no eggs or meat. instant oatmeal, fruit, and dry cereal. beds comfy and no other issues. location right by baton rouge airport. staff was nice. parking was close. did not use facilities like pool or fitness center

Upon arrival I called to see what the incidental fee would be. They said if it would be any, it’ll be $50 once you check in upon checking in the young man took forever to try to find my reservation. He took a copy of my ID which I know is against the law. I used to work in hospitality years ago, so I know that taking a photocopy of someone’s ID is actually not rules and regulations of any hotel chain. It’s not anyone’s policy so when I went to my room, I noticed that it wasn’t the room that I booked through the third-party company the room I booked through the third-party company was a single room that was supposed to be a suite with a sofa. The young man stated that oh no I have that you booked the handicap room and I’m not handicap And he told me if I wanted the room that I initially booked online I would have to pay an additional $10-$15 for the up charge I found roaches in my room. There were several chipping in the paint. The room was my basic Nothing spectacular. There are wires everywhere from every device from the phone to the alarm clock. The microwave the TV on the AC unit is extremely noisy. You can hear people slamming their doors and going in and out of the hallway you can hear the elevator this is clearly a hotel that you stay at if you were drunk and you just need a cheap rate a cheap hotel and someone to stay asleep at all never again when I stay here

Nice and clean. Love the renovations, beds and pillows great. I did miss the blow dryer in the room and the mini coffee pot. Overall it was very nice. . Staff very friendly. The only thing that I thought could use an improvement was breakfast. When I think breakfast I think eggs, bacon, maybe biscuits and gravy, etc.

Great hotel, this hotel is in the middle of a major remodel. But it was very nice. Clean and quiet for Baton Rouge. Breakfast was a little bland, but good and fresh. Only thing I would add is sausage and eggs, or biscuits and gravy. I had a suite and it was very nice.

We needed something quick, clean, close and cheap and this hotel was the perfect choice and perfectly accommodated our needs. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Great customer service, they just finished renovating the exterior and are currently working on the interior. Cannot wait to see the fully completed renovations. Will be back soon!

The room stinks. I was scared for my 7 year old and I to sleep in the bed but it was okay. I intended to lengthen stay but I could not do it.

The service or should I say no service was horrible. Sheets changed on third day of stay, which is a shame if you want to change it you have to do it yourself you can stay home and do that. Irons filthy could have ruined my clothes was attending a all white party, they had nothing to clean them with had to borrow a iron from someone in another room. It really is a self service hotel if that's the case be forthright so we can decide if we want to pay and work for free at the hotel. And changing the sheets and cleaning room on three day basis is a good rip off by the time they clean it's for the next victim to check in .

Hotel has a bad smell through out the whole building and has a roach problem. Staff is not to friendly pack your own bath linen when visiting you will not be accommodated if you have 3 or more people

Made a reservation in Jan for a reservation in April. We needed an ADA room with shower for my disabled daughter. This was verified 3 times...twice by phone once by booking. Got there and the front desk was rude and told me this facility didnt even have ADA rooms! Later was told they gave our reservation away. What a joke.
