Room needs new paint and furniture. Shower floor very dirty...had to use a towel in the shower to stand on. Everything else was clean....just worn down. Staff very friendly

Staff was basic polite but no smile no hello. Just checking in? Name and ID? Credit card for incidentals? 2nd floor elevator is to the right.

Staff was very accommodating when I checked in. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing to make it better would be a shelf in the shower for toiletries would stay again.

The room was clean and nice. We had a great stay there. Very nice hotel! No indoor pool though, it was too cold when we were there to use it.

The room needed nothing - no perfume coverup odor, extra towels and pillows, extra large TV screen, everything clean and like new. The breakfast area was one of the best we have experienced.

The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was excellent. The TV too big to be right in front of the bed and the shower is beautiful but has NO handles or soap shelf for safety and convenience! Staff was very nice and breakfast was good.
