Staff was great but room was dirty scuffed. Pillow cases had dirt marks on them. Very loud. Bed mattress was uneven. Couldn’t even sleep. Paid for two nights only stayed one and booked somewhere else for my second night

The breakfast was good and had good choices. The room was another story. The tub caulk had black mold growing. The bed skirting was stained on one bed and the other bed looked like the bed sheet was not changed. The curtains were dirty and stained as well. The 2nd floor hallway carpet was dirty. Overall, the cleanliness of the room could have been much better.

Staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. The elevator is sketchy and the hallways reeked of ****. Snack options are very expensive but nice to have available. The breakfast was excellent.

The only issue we had with this property was the elevator was broken literally every single day of our stay for at least a little while.

我最初被安排的房间已经有人住了。我告知前台后，她很快帮我安排了另一个房间。原来，之前的客人因为原来的房间出了问题，所以才搬到这个房间。不过，在我到达之前，房间状态还没有更新。但那位年轻的女士很快就接待了我。
工作人员服务不周到。网络无法在所有设备上使用（echo-show）。浴室水槽和浴缸堵塞，使用时积水。马桶座圈差点从马桶上滑落。房间电话坏了。体验非常糟糕。就我们支付的房费而言，价格太高了！！😕👎
房间看起来很干净，但地毯很脏，浴室水槽下的墙壁上沾满了被喷过药水的霉菌，现在变成了粉红色。我付了两张大床的房费，结果却被安排在了残疾人专用房，只有两张单人床。
酒店其他方面都还不错。问题是客房服务一直没来打扫房间。我们住了五晚，毛巾要了三次，垃圾袋也要要了三次。他们甚至都没来收垃圾，尽管我提醒过他们，他们也答应会来。
