Several long black hairs in shower. Vent full of dust bunnies. Discourteous front desk. My guest wanted to leave a key for me as I was arriving later, but was told to take both so he wouldn’t be bothered later. Won’t stay here again when there are other options across the parking lot

There were drawers missing the bottoms. Breakfast was dry the first night. Other then that staff was very nice and helpful

A lot of property damage. Broken bath door, tape holding towel bar together, shower and sink plumbing needs work. Breakfast is a joke- pathetic.

Bad hotel stay
Parking lot was in ok shape, but could be better. Breakfast was very minimal no waffle batter on Saturday and only 2 apples for fruit. Had to ask for foods to be filled when you could find the front desk person.
Pool dark and unfriendly looking.

A good nights rest.
Nice clean room. Appreciated the shuttle at midnight from airport. Great breakfast. One small area in RM 115 in bath needed wall sheet\rock maintenance. DId not affect the stay. Night staff person courteous, professional,

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet- also loved the 24 hr shuttle- I would definitely stay there again;

整栋楼都弥漫着霉味。热水浴缸排干了，还沾上了污渍。（谢天谢地，关了）我们的房间闷热难耐，霉味很重，空调开到最高温度，温度也调到最低。我们不得不开窗换气。天花板的石膏板需要修补。水槽边的毛巾杆需要拧紧……它会掉下来。真恶心。不过，酒店离我们入住的酒店步行距离很近，而且早餐选择丰富。
工作人员很粗鲁。房间里只有一把椅子坏了，不安全，我把它拿到前台，他也很粗鲁。马桶座圈坏了，脱落了，纸巾盒周围的装饰条脱落了，马桶右侧的安全扶手松了，淋浴间的扶手也松了。这间符合《美国残疾人法案》(ADA) 标准的房间，本应是整栋房子里最安全的房间之一，但事实并非如此。
我到的时候，这家酒店看起来就像废弃了一样。可惜我订的是一间不退款的房间。我承担了费用，然后选择了其他地方。
一切都很好，但房间不安静。
晚上很晚才有噪音。就我付的钱而言，我本来期望更好的。
