The hotel overall is nice, but I’d advise being careful when picking the suite. We ended up overlooking the pool, and I think because of that the moisture from it made the room smell terrible. Also the AC is old and works well enough but not great. You can also tell what they’ve updated and haven’t. What has been is in great shape, what isn’t shows some wear and tear. The lobby and restaurant are great and the area is very nice and conveniently located near downtown, the university, and has lots of food and shopping nearby. Overall, not a top tier hotel but nothing wrong with it (outside of the suite in room 208 overlooking the pool. That smell was brutal)

Room was clean, the beds were not comfy though. Hard and stiff. They were doing room renovations across the hall from us so it made the whole floor have a weird smell and they were noisy. The pool could have been bigger considering how big the hotel is.

The room was clean. Refrigerator not working in our room. Is it necesdary to charge 5.00 per night for my car when I had to drive to get to my destination?

Our stay was great! We used the free shuttle service to and from from the airport. We had clean rooms, and Amber at front desk was absolutely amazing! Helped me several things during our week stay.

很棒的酒店，工作人员非常周到。孙子们很喜欢带滑梯的泳池区，玩得很开心。
总的来说，这次住宿体验还不错。地理位置很好，去哪里都方便。我们住了四天，但按摩浴缸只有一天能用。我觉得泳池的水可以再热一点，不过我太太说她最后一天早上游泳时水温就合适了。我们入住期间酒店人手不多，但我打电话过去的时候都能及时得到帮助，这点挺好的。
建议：
- 房间里需要更多（或者更大）的垃圾桶。
- 房间里需要配备回收垃圾桶。
- 酒店每层楼都需要增设垃圾桶和回收垃圾桶。例如，每部电梯旁、制冰机/饮水机附近、主楼层入口（室内外）都可以放。
