Door latch broke. Window open, screen ripped. Vent panel on floor. Lots of dust. Blanket on floor. Went to breakfast and door locked.

The property was not as described. The room needs a makeover the jacuzzi faucet was leaky and there was an odor to the room. The pool and public hot tub were in need of a deep clean. The overall stay was fine.

Overall it was good. Nice view, nice towels, not enough washcloths and only 1 day of coffee, but i did not call room service.The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was unappealing. Exterior upkeep was lacking. I was charged correctly as booked.

We booked a last minute room here for one night and it was excellent for our needs. Very nice staff, convenient location. Would stay here again.

Our room made up for everything else! We had a lakefront room and the sunrise was way worth the price. Breakfast was a bonus, right next to Arnold ferry, and close to the shops!

Breakfast could have been better, Coffee was a no go no flavored creamer, pillows were small. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Our staff Fenton was very polite, friendly and overall a great staff member. The rooms need lots of attention as in lots of updating. The curtains in our suite need cleaning desperately as there are blood stains on the ones across from the bathroom. Overall it was a peaceful stay.

Enjoyed the hot tub, but the light above didnt work. One of the other lights was out in the entryway and trim molding was coming off in spots. You can tell the room hasnt been updated in decades but has been kept in fairly good shape.

泳池区域维护不善——池水看起来很浑浊，按摩浴缸也很脏，让人望而却步。房间里的一些设施也很有问题。吹风机只用了大概一分钟就完全停了，再也打不开。淋浴水温怎么调也达不到合适的温度。房间内的按摩浴缸也让人大失所望，一开始只有三到五分钟的热水，然后就变凉了。
除此之外，微波炉不能用，冰箱不制冷，插座也几乎都不好使，给充电和使用电子设备带来了极大的不便。
总而言之，无论是公共设施还是客房设施，都缺乏维护和质量控制，让我非常不满意。
入住时卫生间非常脏，地板上有黑色的长发。还担心有臭虫。任何服务都需要我们特意要求每日清洁，否则根本不会有人打扫。早餐9点就结束了，太早了。我们对这家酒店非常失望。
