Carpet filthy… room needed a lot of updating. Patches all over bathroom walls. Bed was so uncomfortable.

The room was clean and acceptable. Breakfast was good. But the fact the pool area was closed ruined our honeymoon. We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. The fact that we were not informed of this until we arrived to the building kind of feels like false advertisement. Along with the fact that the review picture is of the pool and not the hotel itself makes it all the more ridiculous. I could have easily booked one of the numerous other hotels in the area with an indoor pool but feel like I was lied to by them not having a simple message on their website or in the numerous emails leading up until our stay. Would not stay again.

I’m supposed to be getting a refund because we checked in then left within an hour of checking in. I spoke to a representative via chat while he was speaking to the clerk at the front desk via telephone. It has yet to be credited back to my CC.

Breakfast was fantastic. Only complaint was the wifi drops off after about half an hour and you have to keep signing in. Annoying.

Beds were comfy, beyond that it’s gross
Staff was fine. Beds were comfy and room amenities were good. Condition of the hotel outside the rooms is disgusting. Big stains on the carpet, elevator is like a service elevator, clearly used to be a smoking hotel so it smells
Like smoke covered up in cheap deodorizer everywhere. First floor breakfast area has no AC, sweltering. The pool was closed. Skip this place!

This hotel is poorly maintained, dirty and in need of a lot of upkeep. They put me in a ground floor room which was below the 1st floor and it was damp and moldy smelling, the carpets were filthy and stained in the room as well as in the halls. The towels and shower curtain were threadbare and falling apart. The pool and hot tub were out of service which was one of my reasons for booking. The franchise should be ashamed of the condition of this facility. Would not recommend!!

The room was clean. The carpet needs cleaning in the hall. The breakfast was great. The hotel needs to be upgraded. I called to set a wake up call and the did NOt call me for a wake up call

由于龙卷风，城镇北部停电了。接待员不顾个人财产的损失，坚持工作，完美地帮助了我们。非常感谢。
无烟房间仍然有烟味。走廊里也有烟味。
