The website said it had a pool . Also i found there was no place to get a coffee and breakfast food . Would be nice to have a few more food chooces . Room was really nice . Staff very friendly

checking was a long process even though we have been there numerous times. there should be a system in place that doesn’t require you to input all the information every time.

I had a family next-door with children that were up yelling and screaming till about 11 o’clock at night. Other than them breaking up my peace and quiet night, my day was good

The beds were super comfy and the pillows were the best I have ever slept on in a hotel.

Kansas City trip
The hotel was clean and very comfortable! We enjoyed the large tub. It was very relaxing. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice facilities. Was overshadowed by a daily unadvertised “amenities fee” which was a rude surprise.

Our stay would have been a lot better if our room didn’t reek so bad of cigarette smoke. We would never return to this hotel for this reason and because the food we ordered from the burger place was sooo bad, plus they only have the full menu until 5pm then it becomes a “late night” limited menu.

Dated hotel, both rooms and amenities are aged. We stayed 4 nights and were told we'd get no housekeeping through our time there. Just not a great experience, would spend a bit more to stay somewhere nice next time.
