We visited Harrah’s for a concert on 10/4/2025. We were very happy with our accommodations, which were clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

One stay was enough for us
The room needs updated and deep cleaned. Scuff marks on the walls and the air conditioning did NOT keep the room cool at all. TV unusually small. The dresser was rough looking. The refrigerator was just as rough looking so much so we kept our drinks in our cooler bag. The cutains did not completely close either so black out ? Not close.

Parking lot for my RV was in very poor condition. No place to sit down for breakfast. Very poor breakfast selection.

Clean room, liked that you had to use your room card to use the elevator (felt safe), lots of food options inside, wished there was shopping inside or within walking distance

Comfort at the ******
Everyone was so kind from the moment I checked in early until I left. The maid left a sweet note in my room for my arrival. The room was spacious and airy. The shower was amazing with the right pressure to sooth my aching muscles. The only thing I wish the room had was jets in the deep soaking tub. This will be the only hotel I will stay at when I go to Kansas City from here on out.

Rooms were absolutely disgusting.

One night get away
Every single person we encountered was so nice, happy and helpful. It was refreshing to see so many employees who seemed happy to be at work and happy to help their customers. There was a large security presence. Not sure why…maybe due to past incidents or maybe just to make sure there were no incidents. Either way, we felt safe. We ate at two of the restaurants there and the food was good at both places (Brew Brothers and Royal Noodle Bar). We attended a concert at the VooDoo lounge and gambled some. We had a great time! The only negative is the rooms are not well sound proofed. I recommend ear plugs for a good nights sleep.

For those considering staying at this property and sharing beds, please note that I'm giving this property 3 stars because the beds were smaller than what I usually see in hotels as "double beds" and to top it off, the beds were uncomfortable. It was a struggle for 2 average sized people to fit in one bed so if overweight, it could be a challenge. Also, I had to call twice in one day (at approx. 9am and then again at approx. 4pm) to get more towels putting us at risk of not being able to shower prior to a dinner event. Needless to say, I won't be staying at this property again.
