Wasn’t told about the $100 card hold until check in. Was told it would be refunded next day, at check out was told it will be 3-5 business days.

Breakfast was good, hot tub also good. Daytime staff was friendly and helpful. Nighttime staff was rude after being asked for more pillows. I had to kill 5 bugs over the course of one weekend. 4 of which were in the bathroom. The blankets provided on the made bed were thinner than the toilet paper. The extra blanket provided was not much of an improvement.

Have stayed in dozens of cheap motels and this was one of the worst…within 5 minutes of being in the room, saw a cockroach, a silverfish, and some other random beetle. Floors were disgusting. Literal chunks of food and sausage all over. Also found a pack of cigarettes which was greatTraveling with toddlers. Believe the other reviews and stay someplace else.

I saw a cockroach on the wall in the hallway. And I don’t think my sheets had been changed from the previous guest. Very wrinkly.
没想到能住到这么便宜但设施不错的酒店！
水压小得可怜，水温也忽冷忽热，除此之外一切都挺好的。
天花板上有蟑螂爬，毛巾破了，到处都是洞，窗户很薄，所以很吵，而且早餐没有牛奶。
我住得很愉快。房间干净又安静。我来这座城市出差，没有任何不满。下次我还会住这里。
