I got sick from the free breakfast. No working laundry, no gym, no WiFi, poor construction everywhere. Rooms have loose outlets bathroom faucet loose. This looks like someone’s ongoing project.

Clean Room, clean and friendly staff. We needed some scrap packing material to mail off a package for our business, and the staff assisted us and was so helpful. Stayed at several hotels in Columbia and by far this is our choice going forward. Thank you

Parking lot needs repair. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful . Room was ok.. Desk chair was crappy. Personal bathroom amenities were empty. Breakfast hot items were cold and limited. No milk , no spread for bagels except butter. Asked if they had yogurt and they said yes. We said there is not any in the refrigerator. She never brought any out. Only fruit option mandarin oranges. No tables for groups except one high top. That doesn’t work for us with an elderly person in our group.

Clean room. Parking was great. Bed was super comfortable. The only reason I gave an average rating and not excellent is because of check in. The guy that checked me in was literally on the phone during check in. Talking on his AirPods not paying attention to me or the process. I came downstairs another day and wanted to charge a couple sodas to the room but couldn’t because the guy who checked me in didn’t even put my card on file. So it made it not only inconvenient to me, but to the lady trying to figure it out. Could have been prevented if the guy had not been on the phone and focused during check in.
