Only real issue is they have heavily perfumed or otherwise sprayed something in the hallway. Over powering but at least not in the room.

The ironing board was extremely wobbly and nearly tipped over. No water could be put in the iron. It was broke.
Something on our kids doona so I took them to change them out.
The waffle mixture tasted a little off.
Otherwise it wasn’t too bad for a one night stay. It was 3 minutes from an appointment we needed to be to the next morning.
It was average I would stay.

Parking is tight especially if you drive a regular size pickup. The breakfast was very limited. On the positive, the room was clean & it was quiet. If we fly out of Kansas City again, we'd definitely consider staying here again.

Things seemed a bit dated but okay overall. Good channel selection. Comfortable bed. Good ac unit. Hot water in shower. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

非常破旧、脏乱，缺乏整体维护。员工服务态度极差。到处都是蜘蛛网，毛巾和床单污渍斑斑。马桶、冰桶和水槽看起来很久没清洗过了。空调通风口里堆满了碎石膏板。强烈不推荐。
抵达酒店时，感觉非常闷热。办理入住并拿到房卡后，我们发现两个房间的床单上都沾满了尿渍，床单底部还有许多小鸡蛋，而且房间非常闷热。空调也几乎不起作用。我们立即离开了酒店，并向前台反映了所有问题。由于我感觉无法安心入住，我们决定另寻他处。
这家酒店让我想起了汽车旅馆。它又脏又暗，还散发着霉味。二楼弥漫着一股霉味。我的房间虽然是禁烟房，但闻起来却臭气熏天。浴室的淋浴间又脏又脏，甚至发霉了！我没用就离开了，所以也不知道到底是怎么回事。我以前住过Sleep Inn，从来没遇到过这种情况。
房间里有臭虫，床单也没换，床上还有用过的餐巾纸。简直太恶心了，我拒绝入住。
我支付了提前取消的额外费用，因为我不确定是否需要预订房间。我尝试取消预订，但被拒绝了。
