Downtown Roanoke is just a hop skip and a jump away. The facility appears clean. The staff and guest both were friendly. Beds are comfy and they even offer a complimentary breakfast. Great service for the price.

Everything was fine. However, the cigarette smell in room #57 was so bad.

网上说的跟实际不符，别相信高评价！
我和妻子预订这家酒店，是因为网上几乎8/10的评价。当然，这还是基于价格。我们甚至都没住，只是办理了入住，然后去了房间。酒店地处一个简陋的区域，比照片上看起来更破旧，完全没有隔音效果（也就是说，能听到各种车辆、警笛声、叫喊声和枪声），床铺很糟糕，房间有外风，浴室天花板有7英尺高，而且状况很糟糕。这绝对不应该是它的评分/价格。我们还没来得及睡觉就离开了，可惜我们提前付了款，而且没有退款。我们只多付了25美元，就选择住在路边的aVid酒店，这才真正体验到了奢华。这家酒店不值这个价，也不值这个评分。多花25到40美元试试吧。
房间不太干净。地板上有一些垃圾。墙壁和门上都有污渍。另外，我养了猫，前台工作人员告诉我，因为房间太脏，四五天后就得换房间。不过，即使带着猫，我打扫和消毒房间后，房间也干净多了。我是因工作原因入住的。看来这房子里住着很多人。
入住手续很顺利。服务员态度很好，但这就是这家酒店唯一的优点了。整个设施都很破旧，需要彻底整修。房间里仍然有股难闻的气味，即使在我入住的时候，服务员拿着一罐空气清新剂去喷了一遍房间，味道依然难闻。房间和浴室里到处都是黑色的霉菌。停车场里到处都是用过的注射器。我住在这里是因为价格便宜，而且预算有限，但我的建议是，多花点钱住一间至少还算不错的酒店。

舒适干净，靠近市中心和各种场馆。尽管停车场铺了路面，也带来了一些混乱，但总体来说还不错。希望有专门的户外座位区
该物业的停车场正在进行翻新，导致人们在拥挤的区域争相寻找停车位。由于担心哪里可以安全停车，这给深夜停车带来了困难。
