Good points were parking garage elevator goes straight to floors bypassing the lobby. Room was big, bed was comfortable, trundle was great for our 12 yr old instead of pullout couch & loved the windows in the Mountain View room. Cons were lack of supplies - there was a nice little kitchen area but offered only 2 tiny plastic cups, no soap or towels for the sink, trash cans had no bags & too ring for takeout trash, internet painfully slow & bathroom nice size but 3 towels only, needed a full scrub down & working exhaust fan. For the price it needed to be fully stocked.

Was nice property..but I asked for top floor did not get and kid running till after 10 in room above...then neighbors did not having company and talking loud in their room till 2am in morning.. and could not get 2nd TV to work

Everything about the hotel was great except the internet.
酒店不错，淋浴花洒很好用，不像有些美国酒店，花洒不大好。套房，空间大，有微波炉，早餐很不错👍🏻我出来一周吃得最好的一次了！
酒店位置尚可，但家具较陈旧，服务中规中矩，万豪这类快捷酒店设施普遍比较简陋，尤其卫生间狭小，非常不方便。
很棒的房间，有两张大号双人床和一张办公桌。还有一个可拉出的沙发床，配有另一台电视。
有趣的住宿体验
非常方便，因为我来这里是为了和 Carilion 预约。房间感觉很普通，需要翻新，桌子被包裹着，地毯也需要清洗，因为我们在床下和暖气设备下发现了食物。房间内外都在施工，噪音很大。大堂的一切都是最精彩的。在彻底翻新和施工完成之前，我可能不会再住这里了。我绝对觉得这里不值这个价，因为我每个月都会在罗阿诺克住两次。我肯定会再去其他酒店。
这家酒店管理不善……我预订了这家酒店的套房，但我感觉完全没有套房体验……我房间里的窗帘坏了……电视柜坏了……地毯有味道……床单感觉一点也不新，被子也有味道
不会再住了。从印第安纳州开车过来，房间还没准备好，而且男工作人员很粗鲁。
