Check-in was smooth, staff was very accommodating, regardless of the hour. I enjoyed the early breakfast as well. I would definitely come back to this location when visiting family in Clinton.

We had a room on the 3rd floor, everything was quite. The Fulton area is small but has many things to offer! The only thing that we had issues with is the ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work! Other than that our stay was perfect! This was our second stay and we will be back!

My stay was an overall excellent experience. I had booked a room with 2 twin beds and a king bed, but the room hadn't been cleaned. The desk person immediately rectified the issue by giving me two large connecting rooms. The property was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was a great value. Free hot breakfast with great hours and variety. Convenient check-in/check-out times. Clean rooms, and property. It was in a safe area. I would stay here again if visiting this area.

Staff had given my prepaid room to someone else with same last name. Actually changed the name and address of my booking (they lived in a different state even) to the other person's info. All of my reservation messages started coming with the other person's name. They did have another room to give me but my receipt had the other person's info on it even though they said they would fix it after taking my photo id. Whole situation made me uncomfortable.

Hot tub was not working. Toliet stopped up, shower water was cold and water drained slow. Door dead bolt did not lock.

All I can say is the location was great. However, the hot tub didn't work, and both the pool and hot tub were FILTHY. I normally don't complain, but this is my 2nd stay at an AmericInn recently and both times I was disappointed. The front desk staff was awesome, but another employee tried convincing several of us in the pool area the hot tub was a "therapy" hot tub.
At this point, I don't know if I am willing to stay at an AmericInn again as it appears ownership is unable to maintain the properties.
