Room was clean. Breakfast was ok and did include eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits. Good value for the price.

Pool has been closed since August of 2024 by the health department. We would have stayed somewhere else because we had planned to have a pool day before heading out to a wedding in the evening. Other than the pool being closed, this place was great for a quick 1-2 night stay.

First and foremost, in the midst of summer the pool is under “maintenance,” which now I realized it has been so for a very long time. I think I deserve some kind of reimbursement because one of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool. I looked at other reviews and it seems this has been an ongoing issue at this location. When booking, the hotel should state that the hotel is closed so others are aware.

Water leak around window and ac unit caused water puddling on floor after storm. Appears to have previous damages and wetness. Vinyl baseboard detached from wetness. Had ants get in food. Lastly, around 630 am the smoke alarm went off for no reason. Had to remove battery. Staff informed of leak and alarm issue. NO concern, sympathy, or apology and only said we will check it out. Facility is an older location but appears to need better maintenance. Price for condition was way over priced!!!
